Thank you for choosing Blockz Lab Academy . These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in our masterclass/programme. By registering for our masterclass/programme, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your registration.

IMPORTANT
1. Payment
1.1 Full payment is required for enrollment in our masterclass/programme. Payments must be completed before access to the masterclass/programme is granted.
1.2 We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods listed on our website.
1.3 All payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided in these terms.
2. Programme Access
2.1 Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the masterclass/programme for a period stated in the program details, which begins immediately upon payment unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Access to the programme is non-transferable. You are prohibited from sharing programme content and your access credentials with others.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Once registered, the payment for the masterclass/programme is non-refundable.
3.2 Blockz Lab Academy reserves the right to cancel the programme at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund within 7-14 business days.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All programme materials, including videos, guides, worksheets, and other content, are the intellectual property of Blockz Lab Academy and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The masterclass/programme is provided on an "as-is" basis. Blockz Lab Academy makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the masterclass/programme.
5.2 Blockz Lab Academy does not warrant that the programme will meet your specific requirements or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the programme will be accurate or reliable.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Blockz Lab Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your enrollment or use of this programme.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1 Blockz Lab Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the programme after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws and the courts of Singapore and shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising in relation to this Agreement.
