FULFILLMENT POLICY FOR BLOCKZ LAB

At Blockz Lab, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in our services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures specifically for our online coaching/education services and consultancy offerings. We ensure compliance with card network policies, including those set by Visa and Mastercard.

REFUND POLICY

1. ONLINE COACHING/EDUCATION SERVICES:

Eligibility for Refunds: Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not accessed any course materials or attended any live sessions. After this period, refunds will not be issued.

Partial Refunds: If a customer has attended one or more sessions but wishes to cancel, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of Blockz Lab management.

Request Process: To initiate a refund, customers must contact our support team via email at [email protected] with their order details and reason for the refund request.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (MONTHLY / ANNUAL PLANS).

For monthly/annual subscriptions renewal, customers may may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning customers will continue to have access to all Blockz Lab Academy content until the cycle ends.

For customers on annual plan who would like to upgrade to a higher tier plan, on a case-by-case basis, Blockz Lab reserve the right to offer refund for the lower tier plan when a customer purchases/upgrades to a higher tier plan. Pls contact our support team if you wish to upgrade to a higher tier plan.

Cancellation Process for Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made by contacting our support team or email [email protected] at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Once canceled, customers will not be billed for future subscription periods, but no partial refunds are issued for cancellations within an active billing cycle.

3. CONSULTANCY SERVICES:

Eligibility for Refunds: For consultancy services, customers can request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled consultation. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Cancellation Policy:

If a customer cancels their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

Request Process: Refund requests should be submitted via email to [email protected] along with the consultation details.

Cancellation Policy

Online Coaching/Education Services: Customers can cancel their enrollment in our online courses at any time before the start date for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after the course has started, no refunds will be processed.

Consultancy Services: Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid penalties. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee as mentioned above.

Blockz Lab adheres to all relevant regulations set forth by Visa and Mastercard regarding refunds and cancellations. As an online merchant, we ensure that:

- All transactions are processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

- Refunds are processed promptly within the timeframe stipulated by card network rules.
